About the Role
The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial functions and providing strategic direction for the organization's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the financial future of the business, working closely with the CEO, board, and executive team. This executive position involves overseeing a range of financial activities, including finance, accounting, forecasting, capital planning, risk management, and financial reporting, particularly within a multi-entity structure. The CFO will also be a key advisor and strategic partner, playing a critical role in guiding investment decisions, optimizing the capital structure, and delivering performance insights to drive growth. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior financial management role, preferably within a high-growth or multi-entity environment.
