Job Description

Chief Of Staff Support the CEO by preparing strategic insights and presentations for key business meetings. Location: Denver Compensation: $90,000 - 130,000 USD / year Job Tags: Operations About The Role - The Chief of Staff will provide decision support through research, analysis, and scenario modeling to aid the CEO.

• This role involves monitoring health KPIs of the business and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.
• The Chief of Staff will prepare presentations for various internal and external audiences, including board meetings and partner meetings.
• The position requires conducting meeting preparation and research to provide insights for CEO meetings.
• The role includes tracking progress against strategic objectives and communicating updates to the CEO in a timely manner.

Qualifications - The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or at a high-growth startup.

• A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.
• The candidate should possess deep analytical skills, capable of pulling data and understanding the story behind it to solve problems independently.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and rapidly shifting priorities is essential.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an active sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through.
