Job Title: Housekeepers

Pay Rate: $12/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including changing linens, vacuuming floors, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team or supervisor.

• Common Area Cleaning

  • Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas as scheduled.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment.

• Guest Service

  • Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows).
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

• Compliance & Safety

  • Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
  • Follow hotel policies on key control and guest privacy.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
