Earn $300–$800+/Week Cleaning Homes

• You’ll earn 45% commission per house cleaned – guaranteed.
• No guessing games or quotas. You clean? You get paid.
• If converted hourly, that’s about $18 to $25/hour , depending on your pace and availability.
• Top performers can earn $1,000+ weekly when they commit to full schedules and top-tier service.

Important Scheduling Note

• All shifts start at 9:00 AM.
• This is a must so we can efficiently serve our clients and keep scheduling smooth.
• You choose how many hours or days you work—but start time is fixed at 9AM.

• Get trained in the  A+ Cleaning Way to deliver professional, consistent results.
• Clean homes thoroughly and with pride—no shortcuts here.
• Follow proven systems and checklists to ensure 5-star outcomes.
• Keep a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
• Drive between jobs using your own car.

Requirements

• Your own personal vehicle (must be reliable)
• Active driver’s license and car insurance
• Legally authorized to work and fluent in English
• Dependable, detailed, and always on time
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Pay Breakdown

• Commission-based pay (45% per home cleaned)
• Converted to hourly: $18.00–$25.00/hr based on availability and efficiency
• Paid weekly
• Bonuses for 5-star client reviews, referrals, and standout performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
