Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential space. This role requires a dedicated day and time to clean one home that is 1,400 sqft including 1 kitchen, two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living area. Either weekly, biweekly, or a custom schedule that works for you. All cleaning supplies are provided for you and are stored here on site.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchen, bathrooms, living area, and three bedrooms.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. There is no carpet.
• No Laundry.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met by using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with housecleaning management to ensure schedule is adhered to.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
• Experience in general housekeeping

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + potential bonus pay for special projects such as dropping off or picking up packages at the UPS Store 1/2 block away.

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week or biweekly.

All Green cleaning supplies and equipment are provided for you and stored on site.
