We get daily inbound leads from across the U.S. and are looking for a Local Project Manager to meet with us in person, take ownership of assigned projects, and manage them from the first client call to final completion. This role is commission/profit-share only — no base salary — but offers real leads daily , full training , and earning potential up to 50% of project profit . Projects range in total cost from $500 to $100,000+ , and top performers can earn $10K–$15K+ per month with uncapped potential. We were referred directly to a large organization to evaluate and upgrade their network for live streaming. They already knew of our reputation and wanted us to submit a proposal as one of only three vendors. Your role would be to coordinate with the client, arrange a site visit with a local tech, gather project details, and manage the bid-to-completion process. Responsibilities Receive daily warm leads (no cold calling) Contact clients immediately to confirm scope, timeline, and details Find, hire, and manage local subcontractors/technicians for each job Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and clients to keep work on schedule and up to quality standards Collect site visit reports, photos, and measurements from techs Work with ITECH2 to finalize quotes and send to clients Keep all communications within ITECH2’s system (no direct deals between subs and clients) Ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction What We Provide Daily inbound leads from across the U.S. Full training & support in ITECH2’s proven sales and project management process Rate sheets, contract templates, subcontractor agreements National brand recognition (ITECH2) Legal protection so subs can’t take your clients In-person onboarding & ongoing guidance Pay Structure Profit Sharing: Up to 50% of net profit per project Examples: Earnings are uncapped — large projects and repeat clients can increase your monthly income well beyond the OTE range. Requirements Must meet in person for onboarding/training in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA Experience in low voltage, construction, or project management preferred Ability to source and manage subcontractors anywhere in the U.S. Strong communication skills with clients and crews Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Must sign ITECH2 Independent Contractor Agreement, NDA, and Non-Solicitation Agreement before receiving leads Location Local training in Los Angeles or Orange County required; national selling and project management allowed after training.
