Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Center Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing materials in the Mail Center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across departments, and supporting office services functions.
Key Responsibilities:Receive, review, document, and process all incoming mail and packages.
Prepare, identify, separate, and deliver materials throughout various departments.
Pick up and transport outbound materials and packages.
Deliver office supplies and copy paper to designated locations.
Inspect incoming deliveries for suspicious or potentially hazardous items.
Prepare items for shipment and process outbound courier deliveries using systems such as UPS.
Accurately log activities and maintain records.
Respond to and complete work order service requests.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Cross-train in other roles within the department and assist during staff absences or as assigned by management.
High school diploma or GED required.
2–5 years of experience in mail/print services or a related office services environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling carts.
Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
