We are seeking a talented and creative Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about haircare, styling, and creating personalized experiences for our clients. You will provide expert advice, perform high-quality services, and contribute to building long-lasting relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services, including cuts, styling, coloring, highlights, and treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate haircare products and maintenance routines to enhance results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and professional salon environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist; additional training or certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in a variety of hair techniques, including cuts, coloring, and styling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
