About Us:
We manage 5 Airbnb apartments and maintain a high occupancy rate year-round. We’re expanding in the Atlanta area and are looking for someone who can grow with us as our business continues to thrive.

Position Details:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom properties to a high standard for our guests.

Schedule:

• 7 days a week availability is ideal (hours vary depending on bookings).
• Standard turnover window: 10:00 AM check-out to 3:00 PM check-in .
• Some days may have no check-outs, but flexibility is key.
• High occupancy means frequent cleaning shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cleanings between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.
• Restock essentials and ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Communicate any maintenance or damage issues promptly.
• Follow our cleaning checklist to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience (Airbnb or hospitality preferred).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Transportation to and between properties.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay, based on experience and frequency of cleans.
