We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex tax engagements while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in individual and entity tax matters and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of individual and entity tax returns to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

• Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and delivering high-quality service.

• Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues, presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to streamline and maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist in entity formation processes, including tax implications and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.

• Train and mentor entry-level staff, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.

• Participate in business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand client services.

• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
