NCW is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to support its operations. For the right candidate, this position presents a lively work environment with unique opportunities to directly impact a growing organization.

This Billing Coordinator will support NCW’s operations through various tasks associated with the payroll and billing processes of personnel across of variety of industries. This may include, but is not limited to the following:

• Prepare weekly invoices
• Answer client questions on invoices and update as needed
• Compare invoices in QuickBooks to our staffing software and inquire with internal team
• Reconciling invoices to payroll weekly
• Work with our current AR Specialist

The ideal candidates should possess the following characteristics to be considered:

• Experience with high-volume billing experience
• 1-3 years of billing/accounts receivable
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with internet and Microsoft applications
• Proficient with word processing / typing
